This is our 6th year producing the ultimate Christmas Pudding,
and sales have proven outstanding. In 2001 we produced approximately
200-300 puddings since then we have more than tripled in size each
year. The growth is surely a testiment to the quality of the product.
This year we started cooking in July.

This year we have introduced a range of Gluten free puddings and cakes, and a 200gm " Brandy Butter Sauce"..... delicous!
