Rangeview Estate produce the most delicious Christmas puddings, made to an old family recipe handed down from Denise's father - a Master Baker.

Both puddings and cakes are rich in vine fruits and nuts, well seasoned with spices and generously soaked in brandy and stout.

All produce is hand made in our Health Department approved kitchen and with the cryovac packing, the puddings have a long life span, which allows them to mature with age.

We also do a catering pack of individual 120gms serves. All individual puddings are packed 15 per foil tray and are easily heated and then ready to serve. One deli last year re-packed these onto trays of four. A great idea!
